Meet Tim Darnell, a financial professional with a passion for simplifying investments and helping clients understand their financial options. With a background in teaching, coaching, and mentoring, Tim approaches his client relationships with a focus on education and connection. He has spent nine and a half years in corporate finance and over ten years working in personal investments, specializing in financial planning and retirement planning.
Tim began his career as a high school teacher, a role that shaped his desire to build meaningful connections with people. After transitioning to corporate finance, he realized that his true passion lies in working directly with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Inspired by his parents’ dedication to serving others and improving their community, Tim brings that same spirit of service to his work.
He holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University but is driven more by helping people than by accumulating certifications. Tim and his wife recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They have five children ranging in age from 16 to 23, and their dog, Crosley, is a beloved family member. The family enjoys singing together and actively participates in their faith community and youth ministry. Outside of work, Tim is an avid runner, sports fan, and theater enthusiast, with all of his children having been involved in theater from a young age.
